It is a transformational movement, healing-centered organization, and safe place for restoration designed to help women, teen girls, families, and vulnerable populations heal emotionally, rediscover their identity, break limiting beliefs, strengthen family foundations, and rise boldly in purpose.
Founded by Felicia Brown, a transformational leader with over 30 years of leadership experience — including 23 years in criminal justice and 13 years in juvenile justice leadership and treatment services — EHRH was created from both professional experience and a deep understanding that many women and families are silently struggling with trauma, low self-worth, emotional wounds, broken family dynamics, abandonment, identity struggles, and generational patterns of pain.
Felicia also oversees the operations and implementation of Empower HER and Empower HIM retreats within a juvenile justice correctional center, while facilitating Empower HER healing circles, retreats, and transformational group sessions within the community.
The word “HOUSE” is intentional. A house represents safety, belonging, covering, restoration, stability, family, refuge, growth, healing, and rebuilding.
